We are looking for an enthusiastic student to support our efforts in crafting and producing diverse content related to our software solutions. This role offers a unique chance to delve into the latest advancements in user assistance, including artificial intelligence and machine learning. By collaborating with our team, you will acquire essential skills in technical documentation and multimedia production.

  • Familiarization with DITA methodology and content management systems
  • Composing and refining manuals for software applications
  • Producing videos, graphics, blog articles, and social media content
  • Investigating AI and machine learning applications in user assistance

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in technical communication or media and communication studies
  • Proficiency in XML, MS Office, wikis, and graphic or multimedia software
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a keen interest in software products
  • Capability to organize information effectively
  • Willingness to acquire new skills, including video production and blogging
