(Senior) Consultant - ServiceNow Management (m/f/d)

As part of your team within Lighthouse Germany, the Center of Excellence for Data & Analytics, you will be integrated into an international network of technological experts. Leverage KPMG's expertise in business and regulatory matters, and work alongside specialists from our business sectors to tackle complex operational and strategic issues using modern methodologies and current technologies.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to support your team in the technical execution of transformation projects on the ServiceNow platform and continuously enhance your expertise, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Manage both onshore and offshore resources, overseeing project phases including design, build, testing, and implementation activities within an agile environment.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into simplified formats for technical developers by crafting user stories.
  • Develop and review test cases, including the application of the Automated Test Framework, and create role-specific training materials.
  • Provide technical input for the sales process, including solution development, estimation, and preparation of client proposals in areas such as ITx, SecOps, IRM, VRM, HR, CSM, and Custom Apps.
  • Mentor new colleagues and assist in the growth of the KPMG ServiceNow Practice.
  • Support the development of KPMG's service offerings based on the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams both domestically and globally.
Your Profile
  • To become a (Senior) Consultant – ServiceNow Management (m/f/d) with us, you should possess a successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field of study.
  • You should also have experience in consulting/professional services and at least four years of experience in business analysis for technology-driven service management transformations, preferably with ServiceNow, but also with other complementary technologies such as HPSM/Remedy.
  • Ideally, you hold certifications in ServiceNow CSA, Agile methodologies, ITIL, and Business Analysis.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, including responses to RFIs, RFPs, and client presentations (preferably in the ServiceNow context) is advantageous.
  • Additionally, you should be experienced in leading offshore development teams and familiar with other ServiceNow products beyond ITSM, such as SecOps, ITOM, HR, CSM, IRM, and VRM.
  • Strong negotiation skills, persuasive abilities, and teamwork, along with fluent German language skills, will complete your qualifications.
