Our career path is always forward-facing, and our Traineeship program offers a unique opportunity to develop into an Associate Account Manager within six months.
Your Role
As a Trainee Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Relationship Management: You will nurture and develop long-term relationships with regional customers in the engineering and engineering-IT sectors through regular visits and communication.
- New Business Development: You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our portfolio of services (temporary staffing, contract work, and services) with support from our back-office team.
- Administration: You will handle customer inquiries, create customized proposals, and negotiate prices and contracts.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: You will work with our recruiting team to attract and manage technical staff.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Hold a successful academic background (completed studies or training).
- Have prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Be passionate about technology and enjoy connecting people and technologies.
- Speak fluent German (C1 level) and hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
- Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
