Ihre Aufgaben

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Sicherstellung der Innovationsfähigkeit der Stadt Bochum durch die Identifikation und Analyse disruptiver Technologien sowie die Betreuung laufender und geplanter Projekte.
  • Ermittlung potenzieller Partnerunternehmen und Aufbau eines effektiven Netzwerks zur Förderung von Kooperationen.
  • Mitgestaltung des digitalen Arbeitsumfeldes der Stadt Bochum.
  • Unterstützung der zentralen IT-Leitung und der IT-Projektorganisation durch die Erstellung von Präsentationen, Grafiken und Auswertungen.
  • Leitung von Veranstaltungen, einschließlich Innovationsworkshops, zur Förderung kreativer Ideen.
  • Koordination und Steuerung des Informationsmanagements in Bezug auf zukünftige Strategien und technologische Entwicklungen im Bereich der Informationstechnologie.

Unsere Anforderungen

Das sind Ihre Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

Sie erfüllen mindestens eine der folgenden Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Diplom) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, Informationskaufmann/-frau und mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Verwaltungslehrgang II oder Angestelltenlehrgang II. Bewerbungen sind auch möglich, wenn die Ausnahmevoraussetzungen von der Ausbildungs- und Prüfungspflicht erfüllt sind, jedoch ist eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer sachbearbeitenden Tätigkeit bei einem öffentlich-rechtlichen Arbeitgeber erforderlich.
  • Beamtinnen und Beamte: Befähigung für die Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt des allgemeinen Verwaltungsdienstes; Erfolgreich absolvierter Vorbereitungsdienst mit dem Abschluss "Bachelor of Laws" oder "Bachelor of Arts" bzw. "Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/in (FH)" oder "Diplom-Verwaltungsbetriebswirt/in (FH)".

Weitere Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Akteuren.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Netzwerkstrukturen, konzeptioneller Arbeit und der anschaulichen Darstellung komplexer Sachverhalte.
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten, die auf die Zielgruppe abgestimmt sind, sowie ein überzeugendes Auftreten.
  • Interesse an Digitalisierungsthemen sowie fundiertes Fachwissen in Bereichen wie Enterprise 2.0, New Work oder Arbeiten 4.0.
  • Wünschenswert sind fundierte ITIL-Kenntnisse oder Methodenkompetenz in Bereichen wie Prince 2 (agil), Scrum, Design Thinking oder Lean Coffee.
