Corporate Development Manager

Our client is a prominent independent medical care organization in Germany, seeking to expand their team in Frankfurt with a proficient and proactive M&A Manager. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate within a dynamic team that values a strong culture and works closely with a private equity fund. The position provides significant growth potential in one of the fastest expanding general medicine practice groups in Germany, with substantial responsibilities from the outset. You will be engaged in the entire deal process, overseeing deal execution, conducting due diligence, and managing post-merger integration (PMI) activities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing practice acquisitions, including outreach, financial modeling, site assessments, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
- Facilitate the integration of acquired companies through effective post-merger integration (PMI) strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to analyses and internal initiatives aimed at the strategic growth of the organization.
- Develop financial models, business plans, scenario analyses, and benchmarking studies in collaboration with the finance team.
- Degree in economics or a related field.
- Relevant experience in auditing, management consulting, corporate M&A, or investment banking.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector in Germany and/or experience with buy-and-build strategies is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess a structured, analytical, and independent working style with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
