About the Job

We are looking for a Sales Associate / Career Starter (gn) in part-time (60-80 hours/month) to join our team at Ernsting's family in Weil am Rhein, Europaplatz 1.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate / Career Starter (gn), you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all sales-related tasks, including cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance
  • Working independently or as part of a team to create unique shopping experiences for our customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and being the first point of contact for customers
  • Using the Filial-Tablet to check inventory, access customer information, and activate our loyalty program

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is at least 18 years old and has prior work experience, preferably in a service-oriented field
  • Is passionate about fashion and has a heart for families and a positive attitude
  • Is flexible and able to work within our store hours (Monday to Saturday)
