Emerge Store is a pioneering e-commerce platform based in Berlin, dedicated to showcasing unique Ukrainian fashion brands and making them accessible to international customers. Our mission is to highlight the exceptional designs and quality of Ukrainian designers, while promoting a slow fashion sustainable approach.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Co-Founder to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and future development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building the company by sharing ideas and challenges to shape the brand identity and vision
  • Continuously improving the platform and its operations
  • Raising global awareness of the platform and the represented brands
  • Assisting in the operational management of product shoots and logistics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the contemporary fashion industry, with a focus on sustainability and independent designer relations
  • Experience in e-commerce retail environment, ideally with a focus on sustainable fashion
  • PR and marketing experience is a plus
  • Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
  • Passion for the platform's idea and strong motivation to contribute to the social and political cause of it
