Senior Paid Media Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team at Koch Media. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid search, and programmatic advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and sales
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid search, and programmatic advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure campaign success
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including ad agencies and vendors
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on digital marketing
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing paid media campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in using tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with social media, paid search, and programmatic advertising
- University degree in Business Administration or comparable field
