Service After Sales Manager

Position Overview

As a Service After Sales Manager at Nordex Group, you will play a crucial role within the Customer Management and After Sales division in the Central Service Region. Collaborating closely with the Customer Management teams across various countries, your primary focus will be to enhance the satisfaction of our business partners while ensuring the ongoing success of our organization through proactive after-sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales of our product offerings and collaborate with our global after-sales team to develop tailored market-specific solutions.
  • Oversee the management of after-sales projects from the moment of order receipt through to both technical and commercial completion.
  • Renew and modify service agreements through detailed calculations, internal coordination, negotiation, and finalization processes.
  • Provide support to both internal and external stakeholders within your areas of responsibility, aiding the Central Region team in reaching corporate objectives.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the energy transition while maintaining and enhancing the market position of Nordex Service and the Nordex Group.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a technical or commercial degree, with a preference for experience in the wind energy sector.
  • Have a passion for selling technical products and managing commercial elements.
  • Exhibit a confident and professional demeanor in both personal and digital communications.
  • Demonstrate qualities such as commitment, ambition, and a positive attitude.
  • Show proficiency in self-organization, independent work, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Work collaboratively within teams, willingly taking on projects and responsibilities.
  • Be skilled in using standard IT tools such as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and be open to exploring new applications.
