Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Digital Marketing Manager, der Teil des globalen Marketing Communications-Teams im Geschäftsbereich Security Systems, Business Unit Communications ist. Die Abteilung Marketing Communications ist ein starkes und dynamisches internes Kreativdienstleistungsteam, das für die globale Marketingkommunikation und das Markenmanagement für das Kommunikations-, Ton- und Audioportfolio von Bosch verantwortlich ist, das die Marken Bosch, Dynacord, Electro-Voice, RTS und Telex umfasst.

Die Abteilung ist für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von digitalen Marketingkommunikationsstrategien verantwortlich, um die globale Markenpräsenz und die Kundenbindung zu stärken. Der Senior Digital Marketing Manager wird als wichtiger Teil des Teams die strategische Ausrichtung und die Umsetzung von digitalen Marketingkommunikationsmaßnahmen übernehmen.

Hauptherausforderungen

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von digitalen Marketingkommunikationsstrategien, um die globale Markenpräsenz und die Kundenbindung zu stärken
  • Umsetzung von digitalen Marketingkommunikationsmaßnahmen, um die Zielgruppen zu erreichen und die Markenbotschaften zu verbreiten
  • Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die digitalen Marketingkommunikationsbemühungen im Einklang mit den allgemeinen Geschäftszielen stehen
  • Überwachung und Analyse der Leistung der digitalen Marketingkanäle, um die Effektivität der Maßnahmen zu verbessern

Qualifikationen

  • Hochschulabschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, digitalen Medien, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der digitalen Marketingkommunikation mit Schwerpunkt auf Strategieumsetzung und -ausführung
  • Starke technische Kenntnisse in digitalen Tools und Plattformen, einschließlich SEO, SEM, CRM, CMS, E-Mail-Marketing und Marketingautomatisierung
  • Kenntnisse in Webentwicklungssprachen (HTML, CSS) und Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit Webanalysetools (z. B. Google Analytics)
  • Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Webentwicklungs- und Designressourcen zu steuern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
