Senior Production Planner - Permanent, Full-time
We are seeking a Senior Production Planner to enhance our operations in the field of laser micro-material processing. Our organization is dedicated to integrating cutting-edge research to improve efficiency and innovation in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate custom projects throughout the supply chain
- Develop and sustain production orders along with procurement suggestions
- Guarantee timely availability of materials for production
- Track production progress and communicate any discrepancies
- Manage project order statuses and report on material shortages
- Continuously refine inventory levels for optimal performance
- Analyze data to facilitate informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate data in Microsoft Navision and generate reports
- Enhance processes and functionalities within Microsoft Navision
Qualifications:
- Degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in production planning and management
- Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Navision is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Process-oriented and solution-driven work approach
- Project management experience is a plus
- High degree of responsibility, motivation, teamwork, and adaptability
- Proficient in both German and English
