Are you a meticulous finance professional with a strong affinity for data and analysis? Join our team at Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG as a Financial Controller and contribute significantly to the financial direction of our pioneering organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports
  • Engage in the formulation of budgets on both national and international levels
  • Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies
  • Oversee and analyze master data within the ERP system
  • Manage cost and performance metrics
  • Implement and track valuation processes for current assets
  • Enhance and support our Business Intelligence solutions
  • Contribute to the development of digital financial solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding financial issues
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Completed education in tax assistance or commercial training with further specialization in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience in controlling
  • Experience with subsidiaries and affiliated entities
  • Strong understanding of cost and performance accounting
  • Proficient in ERP systems, preferably proALPHA
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in English
