Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of 3 Key Account Managers, providing guidance and support in both professional expertise and operational discipline. Drive strategic customer acquisition efforts within a designated market segment. Engage in leadership activities that include mentoring, developing, and inspiring team members through regular coaching and tailored training initiatives. Offer on-site assistance and strategic advice to current clients, while also representing the department at relevant industry events. Analyze and report on established KPIs, implementing necessary optimization strategies as part of daily operations. Candidate Profile:

Extensive sales experience within the IT Healthcare industry. Strong focus on customer needs with a profound understanding of healthcare solutions and topics. Experience with healthcare IT solution proposals and bids. Effective communicator with the ability to engage at the C-Level. Excellent analytical capabilities. Highly organized with a knack for coordination, inspiring team members to achieve outstanding results.
