Position: Human Resources Lead (m/f/d) - Full Time

Your Responsibilities:
As the Human Resources Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Recruiting skilled professionals and leaders.
  • Developing strategies for talent acquisition and sustainable employee retention.
  • Designing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Planning, managing, and executing personnel tools to enhance employee motivation.
  • Advising and supporting management in areas of personnel development and training.
  • Assisting the training coordinator in executing various initiatives to strengthen our training structures.

Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A commercial vocational training and further education as a personnel specialist or a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources.
  • Additional training as a mediator or similar qualifications is advantageous.
  • A confident demeanor with strong social skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in utilizing HR software and tools.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B).
