Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Solvus GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain Sales Processes: Develop and implement robust sales processes to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Management: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Budget Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Sales Compensation Program: Design and implement sales compensation programs that motivate and reward sales teams for achieving sales targets.
  • Partner Program Implementation: Lead the implementation and operational follow-up of partner programs to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Deep Knowledge and Experience: Proven track record of managing sales operations in international environments, with a strong focus on budget target achievement.
  • Sales Process Expertise: Significant experience in sales process development and deployment, with a strong understanding of sales tools and technologies.
  • Data Analysis and Business Intelligence: Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to take ownership of projects from planning to execution, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual English and German is preferred, with fluent English mandatory.
