We are seeking a Laser Safety Expert (m/w/d) to join our innovative team

As one of the few test houses worldwide, we test laser protection products for their resistance to laser radiation. Since our founding, we have trained laser protection officers and schooled laser personnel in specialized laser safety. In scientific work, we investigate specific aspects of laser safety, benefiting our customers with tailored laser safety consulting.

Responsibilities
  • You will support our customers in planning and implementing laser safety concepts.
  • You will assist in conducting risk analyses and hazard assessments.
  • You will be responsible for testing and evaluating laser safety products.
  • You will train laser protection officers and refresh their specialized knowledge.
  • You will research scientific questions related to laser safety.
Requirements

Your Profile:

  • You have a completed degree in physics, optics, laser technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have no hesitation in getting involved in regulations and standards and applying them.
  • You are communicative and enjoy acquiring new customers and orders.
  • You work independently, structured, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
  • You are proficient in German and English in writing and speaking.
