Overview of the Role

Our three specialized teams are actively engaged in developing various LLM-driven applications aimed at providing job seekers with more suitable positions and assisting recruiters in finding the right talent through advanced semantic search techniques. We utilize custom-tuned LLMs deployed on AWS, complemented by Vector Databases to optimize retrieval processes.

This dynamic position involves the design, planning, and execution of systems centered around LLM inference, including sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Big Data Engineers, Cloud Software Engineers, and DevOps professionals within an Agile framework. Your contributions will help streamline deployment processes and establish best practices in MLOps for large-scale models, paving the way for a future where job opportunities are just a click away.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Lead Machine Learning Architect, you will be responsible for implementing and operationalizing ML-driven services utilizing Sagemaker, while also enhancing the overall delivery of machine learning products.
  • You will play a crucial role in our team by establishing and applying best practices for MLOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies to boost efficiency in deployment, scalability, and resource management within LLM-based workflows.
  • This position offers the opportunity to directly influence the experiences of job seekers and recruiters. Leverage your expertise to create a framework for semantically aligning talents with job profiles globally, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and a comprehensive understanding of ML systems.
  • Showcase your history of improving processes, standards, and operational methods, along with your experience in mentoring junior engineers. To thrive in our fast-paced environment, you will contribute to our Chapters in Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering, facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
  • Exhibit your growth mindset and systematic problem-solving approach, along with your experience in navigating the complexities of an Agile environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in production-level Python (adhering to Clean and SOLID principles) and practical experience with Amazon Sagemaker for LLM deployment.
  • Familiarity with LLM-related libraries, such as PyTorch and Transformers.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and test automation best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
