Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely supply of materials for production
  • Independently managing orders and material provisions based on inventory lists
  • Generating key performance indicators and reports related to materials management
  • Coordinating the delivery of supplies in accordance with production needs
  • Assisting production teams in determining optimal supply quantities and enhancing material flow
  • Organizing the delivery of goods to designated recipients
  • Inspecting received goods for accuracy and condition
  • Facilitating the provision of goods to the intended recipients
  • Managing the transportation of surplus materials to appropriate disposal containers

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Preferably some professional experience in logistics
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
