eHealth IT Product Manager (m/f/d)

Join our dynamic international IT firm as an eHealth IT Product Manager. We embrace a modern hybrid work environment, allowing you to work from various locations or remotely.

Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse team that is deeply engaged with the healthcare sector and its clientele. Our mission is to enhance current eHealth offerings while fostering innovation for new product initiatives. We value a profound understanding of technology and processes aimed at advancing healthcare delivery, and we are looking for someone to help us expand our footprint in the eHealth arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer the strategic advancement and improvement of IT products within the eHealth domain. Work alongside technical teams in a self-sufficient, adaptable, and effective manner.
  • Serve as the principal Product Manager within a collaborative team of IT professionals and specialists, embodying the role of 'CEO of the product.'
  • Continuously assess the market landscape and prioritize customer demands. Grasp the product's context and its user demographics. Engage directly with clients to comprehend their needs and provide informed guidance.
  • Formulate and refine the product business case while overseeing financial performance and cost management.
  • Encourage a productive atmosphere within teams to develop customer-focused solutions. Promote collaboration with partners and specialists.
  • Champion and support agile methodologies, facilitating ongoing learning and skill enhancement through teamwork both within and outside the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Psychology, Business Psychology, Cultural Studies, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in IT as a Software Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Ability to abstract agile methodologies and apply them effectively across various situations and teams.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to efficiently manage your time and that of your colleagues.
  • Demonstrated resilience in tackling challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, with a genuine enthusiasm for your work.
