Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Equipment Technician to join our team in the Campus Infrastructure Management division. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance of medical devices within our healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on medical equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Execute and oversee mandatory testing procedures, including STK, MTK, and calibrations, to adhere to legal requirements.
  • IT Integration: Facilitate the integration of medical devices into the hospital's IT framework, ensuring seamless operation and data management.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of all maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • External Coordination: Manage and supervise the activities of external service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Support and Training: Assist medical staff in the effective use of medical devices, providing training and support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or medical technician, or possess a relevant degree in medical technology.
  • Experience in servicing medical devices within a complex IT environment is preferred.
  • A strong interest in technical challenges and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German is required, and knowledge of English is advantageous.
