Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Expert and Key User S/4HANA to join our Logistics Management department at our Ulm site.
Key Responsibilities
- Business expert and key user for the transformation and further development of SAP S/4HANA
- Representation and implementation of business requirements in the oneSAPnow program and subsequent transfer to routine operations
- Collaboration on concepts and assumption of task packages for cutover, data migration, documentation, role definition
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring harmonized and standardized logistics processes in the context of higher-level end-to-end processes
- Taking over a technical focus with corresponding SAP modules (EWM, SD, TM) and supplementary software systems (production supply, warehouse management, outbound)
- Taking over the process-related control of automated warehouses (putaway logics, picking processes, SAP interface) and the associated know-how development
- Continuous further development and improvement of the logistics processes implemented at HENSOLDT locations
- Analysis, simulation, and evaluation of goods flows with reference to capacity, throughput time, deadlines as well as creation, evaluation, and implementation of change requests with IT and users
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects, taking on work and task packages, and independent processing
- Creating evaluations and reports to assess logistics performance in coordination with the logistics team as well as documenting and analyzing current and future processes
Requirements
- Degree in economics, logistics, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, or similar
- Very good process knowledge and experience in logistics planning in a manufacturing company
- Sound knowledge of SAP modules in the logistics context (EWM, SD, TM)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Analytical thinking, independent, structured, and efficient way of working
- Assertiveness, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Comprehensive knowledge of German and fluent English
