Position Overview

Role Purpose

The Client Consultant and Visual Merchandising Ambassador at GG Luxury Goods GmbH is dedicated to delivering outstanding service tailored to our clientele's unique preferences and expectations. This role also embodies the essence of the brand, acting as a "Luxury Ambassador" while upholding the visual presentation standards of the retail environment.

Core Responsibilities

Regularly meet or surpass monthly and seasonal sales targets, contributing to business growth; Ensure an exceptional customer experience by surpassing expectations, showcasing in-depth knowledge of products, as well as the brand's legacy and values in line with the sales protocol; Drive personal performance metrics, ensuring top-tier customer service and sales quality; Collect valuable customer insights using company tools (CRM) to foster client relationships and tailor future engagement strategies; Collaborate effectively with team members, promoting open communication to guarantee a consistently exceptional customer experience and a positive workplace atmosphere; Adhere to security protocols within the store to safeguard customers, staff, and merchandise.

Additional Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to implement global VM guidelines and ensure accurate store representation; Adapt merchandising strategies to align with specific store needs and market trends; Provide VM support for in-store events, window displays, special projects, and installations.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role; Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales results; Strong ability to cultivate enduring relationships with clients and colleagues; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively; Experience in creating engaging window displays and optimizing retail space; Demonstrated background as a visual merchandiser; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial; Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment; High adaptability to meet diverse customer needs; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business requirements.
