Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the coordination, design, and standardization of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) topics within the domain of specialized architecture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Nuclear Risk Management (NUK)
- Establishing standards for authorization concepts, Internal Control Systems (IKS), and ARIS process architecture
- Acting as the primary contact for risk management within the department
- Implementing regulatory frameworks such as VAIT and DORA
- Coordinating IT Development (IDV) within the department
- Supporting the Chief Business Information Security Officer (BISO) role
- Assisting in audit examinations, including those by external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Facilitating networking within the organization and collaborating effectively with partners from various departments and central IT
- Ensuring the effective implementation of necessary processes within the department
Qualifications / Requirements
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Quick comprehension and a strong affinity for IT
- Professional experience in IT Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Audit, along with knowledge of relevant standards and methodologies is desirable
- Familiarity with processes and products in the insurance sector is advantageous
- Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
