Brand Ambassador with German Language Skills

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a Brand Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our strategic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Core Service: Utilize your analytical skills to identify EU industry opportunities and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance through the use of Amazon programs.
  • Availability & Operational Excellence: Drive EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managing stock in our fulfilment centre.
  • Promotion & Funding: Provide recommendations for the brand's marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic and improve conversion. Plan, implement and manage promotional activities for Amazon events such as Prime Day.
  • Selection & IDQ: Help grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability. Identify product gaps, onboard the new products and be responsible for the ramp up of these products, as well as improve the customer journey on Amazon.
About the Team

As a Brand Specialist, you will be part of a diverse and international team that is passionate about building the future of e-commerce. You will have the opportunity to build up your own network on a European level by participating in community events and joining affinity groups.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a similar program
  • Minimum of 12 months professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Consulting, Finance, Account Management or Marketing
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1 level)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in German (minimum C1 level)
  • Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of another European language (preferably English, French, Italian or Spanish)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or website content management systems
  • Confident in communicating internally and externally
  • Planning, prioritisation and time-management skills
