As a Travel Consultant / Customer Consultant in Part-time, you will be part of our dynamic team at our ltur Reisebüro in Hamm. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized travel recommendations and sales support to clients
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including package tours, flights, cruises, and travel insurance
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Participate in promotional activities and events to promote our products and services

Requirements:

• Relevant education or experience in the tourism industry, such as a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
