- Role: Senior IT Engineer
- Location: Berlin - 4 days a week onsite, 1 day at home

They're a Series C AI company and are offering for you to be in charge of all things IT in their Berlin Office. With around 40 people in their office, you are not only the backbone of the Berlin office for IT, but have the chance to collaborate with the other engineers across the UK & Germany on projects (i.e DevOps & Cloud & Linux Projects).
The ideal candidate will focus on Mobile Device Management (MDM) with a variety of endpoints, (Mac, Windows, Linux), be the point of contact for all onboarding and off-boarding, look after the physical infrastructure in the office (Wifi/Lan/VPN) and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions to support business growth
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including network, server, and endpoint devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, systems, and operations
- Experience working with MDM solutions and endpoint devices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in German (atleast B2 level)
