Wir suchen einen Produktstratege für Sourcing- und Procurement-Lösungen, der unsere Supply-Chain-Kollaboration-Plattform weiterentwickelt und verbessert. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du an der Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen für die Automotive-, Fertigungs- und Aerospace-Industrie beteiligt sein.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickle eine langfristige Vision und Produktstrategie für Sourcing- und Procurement-Lösungen, um den Wachstumspfad von SupplyOn zu unterstützen.
  • Positioniere unsere Produkte im Markt und beurteile die Machbarkeit und Rentabilität von Produktideen.
  • Entwickle gemeinsam mit unserer Marketing-Abteilung Ideen, Botschaften und Kampagnen, um unsere Produkte auf LinkedIn zielgerichtet und effektiv zu vermarkten.
  • Arbeite eng mit unseren Kunden und Kollegen zusammen, um innovative Lösungen zu konzipieren und umzusetzen.
Was du bringst
  • Expertise in den Geschäftsprozessen für Sourcing und Procurement sowie angrenzenden Feldern in der Fertigungsindustrie.
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in agilen Methoden für Produktstrategien.
  • Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, die Vorteile unserer Lösungen zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten.
  • Affinität zu AI und Fähigkeit, die Möglichkeiten von AI zur automatisierteren Abwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen einzuschätzen.
  • Stakeholder-Management und Fähigkeit, intellektuelle Herausforderungen zu bewältigen.
  • Analytische Kompetenz und Fähigkeit, quantitative Daten zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Unterstützung von Entscheidungen zu nutzen.
  • Freude an der Kommunikation über Social Media und Fähigkeit, ein positives Image über unsere Lösungen aufzubauen.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und Fähigkeit, nahtlos in einem multikulturellen Umfeld zu kommunizieren.
