Electronics Specialist in Automation Technology

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Electronics Technician specializing in Automation Technology / Electrical System Electronics (M/F/D) for our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate and document electrical sensors and transmitters
  • Install EMR technologies, including transmitters and control panels
  • Implement minor programming adjustments
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance and update all relevant electrical maintenance documentation
  • Inspect equipment in compliance with legal standards
  • Dismantle and reassemble sensors, control devices, and electric motors
  • Maintain and repair building electrical installations
  • Expand cable pathways and create necessary supports
  • Repair actuators as needed
  • Order necessary materials for repairs
  • Inspect incoming goods and spare parts

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an Electronics Technician in Automation Technology, Electrical System Electronics, or Process Control Electronics
  • Familiarity with S7 controls, ABB Freelance 2000, MCC insertion technology, HIMA, etc. is beneficial
  • Authorization to work with medium voltage systems up to 20 kV
  • Ability to work collaboratively, adaptable, dependable, proactive, and safety-oriented
  • Proficient in the German language
