Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, including sales calls, meetings, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the plumbing and heating industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
