About the Role
We're seeking a Mid-Level German Content Specialist with a focus on Social Media Content to join our European marketing team. As a key member of our Creative Studio team, you will build compelling and engaging content that resonates with Mozilla's distinctive voice across our social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content for various social media campaigns, aligning with our brand's voice and mission.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Analyze and adapt content strategies based on performance metrics, optimizing for engagement and reach.
- Stay ahead of social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, German Language and Literature, or a related field.
- You bring 4+ years of dedicated experience in content creation, with a significant focus on social media.
- You possess an excellent command of the German language (native level) and are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- You demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams in a remote work environment.
