Senior Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Professional to join our team at Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's tax compliance and providing expert advice on tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate tax department activities and act as a liaison between internal and external parties
- Prepare fiscal year closing activities for Germany and all European countries
- Ensure tax compliance and external tax regulations for the headquarter, branches, and subsidiaries
- Support finance teams in group taxes and tax cash planning
- Prepare tax payments for VAT and corporation tax
- Support and monitor tax audits in Germany and abroad
- Assess cross-border transactions and review manual onward debits
- Support legislative changes and necessary adjustments
- Academic degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- 5 years of experience in corporate tax or tax consulting
- Profound knowledge of German and international tax law
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
- Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP (S4 HANA) preferable
- Fluent in English, conversational in German
- International work environment
