Job Overview:

We are seeking a **Senior Project Manager** to join our dynamic team at **noris network AG**, a prominent player in the IT outsourcing sector. Our company specializes in providing cutting-edge solutions in IT, Cloud Services, Network & Security, and Datacenter management. As part of our Service Integration team, you will be responsible for steering complex IT infrastructure initiatives and innovative projects in the realms of Datacenter and Cloud Computing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct large-scale IT infrastructure and software development projects.
  • Utilize both traditional and agile methodologies to plan, coordinate, and execute projects effectively.
  • Engage with clients at the executive level, managing communications and addressing escalations as necessary.
  • Assess and manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to process enhancements, project control measures, and team development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Educational background in a technical or business field, complemented by relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in project management and team leadership roles.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and industry standards.
  • Certifications such as PMI and Scrum Master are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, including ticketing systems, Jira, and MS-Office.
  • Fluency in German and proficient English communication skills.
