Core Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize flight capacity utilization
- Serve as the main point of contact for freight forwarders and the general public
- Evaluate cargo booking inquiries for revenue opportunities and address customer questions and concerns
- Oversee and coordinate American Airlines Cargo offerings
- Facilitate communication between departments and manage interline operations
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers regarding lost or delayed cargo
- Support management with special projects
- Coordinate both domestic and international trucking operations
Essential Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the airfreight industry with a customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive
