Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to join our team as a Network Security Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our SASE network security solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a modern and innovative Zero Trust IT landscape
- Operate and manage the SASE network security solution, including steering and providers
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex problems
- Deliver security measures aligned with organizational regulations
- Proactively search for improvement and development of technologies and designs
- Advise employees and departments on product-related questions and current problems
- Coordinate requests and ensure delivery alignment with other parties
- Track and report project progress and maintain databases and documentation
- Build strong relationships with business units and other departments, such as Cyber Security
- Ensure the SASE service is compliant with company policies and guidelines, with policies implemented and managed in line with agreed business requirements, strategy, and central frameworks
Requirements
- Several years of professional and practical experience in network security
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent
- Knowledge of network technology, security architectures, client security, and data protection
- Experience with integration and rollout projects
- Product knowledge and configuration experience with one or more of the following vendors: Zscaler, Fortinet
- Demonstrable additional qualifications, such as CISSP, ITIL V3/V4 certification
- Experience in SCRUM or other agile project management methodologies
- Proficiency in German or English and willingness to work in an international team
