NES Global Deutschland GmbH / NES Fircroft is a distinguished international organization with a diverse global workforce. We are in search of a **Technical Procurement Specialist** to become a vital part of our team, focusing on the acquisition of mechanical and electronic components.
Key Responsibilities- Soliciting quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, ensuring the availability of parts, and collaborating closely with suppliers and the accounts payable department.
- Maintaining relationships with both national and international suppliers for effective order processing, resolution of issues, and management of schedule adjustments.
- Executing and monitoring orders, updating systems such as SAP/ARIBA, liaising with stakeholders, and negotiating with suppliers to optimize cost savings.
- Conducting analysis of the supplier portfolio to identify and implement enhancement projects.
- Providing guidance to functional managers and other departments on methodologies, processes, and procedures, while communicating solutions for complex challenges to colleagues and senior management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a technical background, or equivalent certification as a certified technician or business economist.
- Significant experience in procurement and sourcing.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and strong communication capabilities to influence stakeholders and cultivate relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, along with effective problem identification and resolution skills, and strong analytical and organizational competencies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and SAP Ariba.
