SUSA S. Sauer GmbH & Co. KG is a mid-sized family-owned company in the metal processing industry.

We produce precision turned parts for every application - from simple turned products to complex workpieces with intricate shape and contour in medium to large series.

Our location is in Heidenau/Saxony, Germany.

We have a total of around 15,000 square meters of production area with a machine park of over 100 modern machines.

More than 200 qualified and experienced professionals are employed here.

We are looking for a:

Machinist (m/w/d) in a 3-Shift System

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain machine tools in a 3-shift system
  • Produce precision turned parts with high quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production

Requirements:

  • Relevant vocational training or degree in mechanical engineering
  • Experience in a similar role in a 3-shift system
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
