Our venue features a total of 248 accommodations, a spacious dining area with 220 seats, and a cozy pub that can host 80 guests. Additionally, we offer 11 versatile event spaces designed for meetings and celebrations, accommodating up to 250 attendees.

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily front office operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
