Wir suchen einen motivierten und überzeugenden Teamlead, der unsere 6-köpfige Mannschaft im B2B Sales Support Center leitet und weiterentwickelt. Du wirst Telefoniker Akquise von Neu- und Bestandskunden durchführen, sicherstellen, dass die operativen Prozesse im Sales-Support-Bereich reibungslos ablaufen und Strategien zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität im Salesprozess planen und umsetzen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Telefonische Akquise von Kunden
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der operativen Prozesse
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität
  • Koordination der Kundenanfragen und -anliegen
Dein Profil
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Bachelor-Studium
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachler Niveau
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Führungskompetenz
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Sales-Bereich
