The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategic Intern/Working Student to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Co-Founders, Valentina Ullrich and Kai Wundling-Schulze, during the critical phase of building and shaping our company.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Support to Founders: Provide direct support to the founders in various business areas, including market strategy, customer outreach, business development, marketing, sales, and product development.
- Process Optimization and Creation: Enhance current processes and establish new ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee Launch Phase: Assist in setting up and monitoring the initial launch phase of the company, ensuring smooth operation.
- Monitor Success Using KPIs: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and tools to track and report on the company's progress.
- Advance External Channels: Assist in improving all external communication channels and platforms, and explore new business opportunities.
- Contribute to Market Strategy: Help develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, including identifying and tapping into additional markets and their potential.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset, data-driven, and KPI-focused.
- Strong project management skills and autonomous working style.
