Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Eyewear retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

• Lead and Develop a Team: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing coaching and development opportunities to team members.
• Drive Sales Growth: Implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions to drive revenue growth.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement processes to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, store maintenance, and security.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the optics industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data, and experience with inventory management systems.
