About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our team at IronMaxx Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Amazon sales channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management:
    • Manage and develop our Amazon presence, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
    • Oversee all Amazon marketplace processes, including product launches, performance monitoring, and competitor analysis.
    • Implement new products and optimize existing ones to maximize sales and revenue.
    • Monitor and analyze product and campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
    • Scale our product offerings across Europe, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage product data, particularly on Amazon, to optimize SEO and drive sales.
    • Budget and revenue responsibility, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute long-term e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Completed commercial education, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in managing Amazon marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
    • Strong understanding of Amazon's mechanisms and policies.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce platforms.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
