Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at REWE Elias Elahad oHG. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the regular cleaning and sanitizing of all store areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and employee facilities.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment are clean and free of dust, dirt, and other debris.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with store staff to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process, minimizing disruptions to customer service and sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as stand for long periods of time.
