Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Manufacturing & Process Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of manufacturing professionals to drive process improvements and ensure the highest quality products.

• Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with R&D to drive engineering changes and ensure correct implementation of design changes.
• Analyze and evaluate the investment and assembly time of new production lines and cost-saving programs.
• Act as a change leader to define and optimize manufacturing methods, including work instructions, tools, jigs, and process-FMEA.
• Engage with R&D to understand program roadmaps and project scope, and select the right project teams.
• Ensure timely project completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and prioritize daily tasks to meet operational objectives.

• Master's degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar, with extensive experience in manufacturing processes (+7 years).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in managing people and a strong technical background.
• Experience in implementing design changes in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent technical skills, including light assembly.
• Excellent production documentation skills.
• Excellent English and German language skills.

• Experience in ISO 13485.
