Woodworking Specialist

At SieMatic Möbelwerke GmbH & Co. KG, we are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team. As a Woodworking Specialist, you will be responsible for working with various types of wood and wood products, identifying their characteristics, and selecting the appropriate materials for production.

• Identify and distinguish between different types of wood and wood products
• Select wood and wood products based on production requirements
• Operate machinery such as saws, planers, routers, and sanders to produce precise wood components
• Inspect and test wood components for quality and accuracy
• Choose and install hardware and fasteners
• Work with CNC-controlled machines, set up and operate tools and equipment, and perform maintenance and repair tasks

• Strong interest and skill in woodworking, particularly with wood as a material
• Good secondary education or vocational training
• Teamwork, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility

• A practical apprenticeship in our workshop and production facility, where you will learn all relevant skills
• Various internal and external training opportunities to expand your knowledge and deepen theoretical training content
• Support from our apprentices and colleagues
