We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Plant Operator (m/w/d) to join our team at TEW – Technik-Energie-Wasser-Servicegesellschaft mbH. As an Energy Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our energy plant, ensuring that our customers receive a reliable and high-quality energy supply.

• Operate and Monitor Energy Plant Equipment: You will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of all energy plant equipment, including generators, turbines, and other related systems.
• Conduct Regular Maintenance and Inspections: You will conduct regular maintenance and inspections of the energy plant equipment to ensure that it is in good working condition and to identify any potential issues.
• Perform Troubleshooting and Repair: You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise with the energy plant equipment.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure that the energy plant is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations: You will ensure that all energy plant operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Technical Background: You will have a technical background in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Energy Plant Operations: You will have at least 5 years of experience in energy plant operations, including experience with generators, turbines, and other related systems.
• Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: You will have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
