Personnel Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Specialist (m/w/d/x) to join our team at iperdi HL GmbH.

• As a Personnel Specialist (m/w/d/x), you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our employees and management team.
• You will be the primary point of contact for all personnel-related matters, including contract administration, employee data management, and payroll processing.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Contract Administration: You will be responsible for managing employee contracts from hire to termination, including negotiating and drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Employee Data Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
• Payroll Processing: You will be responsible for processing payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes, and ensuring timely payment to employees.
• Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment laws, tax laws, and benefits laws.

• Education: You must have a completed commercial education or equivalent.
• Software Skills: You must have excellent skills in MS Office and DATEV.
• Experience: You must have relevant experience in personnel administration, particularly in labor law, tax law, and social security law.
• Language Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
