Your Role at Our Locations

  • Assisting the Continuous Improvement Manager: In this role, you will aid the department in daily functions and actively engage in project execution within teams.
  • Digital Transformation: You will play a key role in digital initiatives, contributing to the integration and enhancement of existing applications.
  • Process Enhancement: You will be involved in projects aimed at improving production processes and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Production Insights: Gain valuable experience in production operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Your Qualifications

  • Field of Study: You are pursuing a degree in manufacturing technology, business administration, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Interest in Processes: You have a strong passion for process-oriented tasks and are eager to implement your ideas.
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in both German and English.
  • IT Skills: You possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Analytical and Numerical Skills: You excel in complex problem-solving through your analytical abilities and enjoy working with numerical data.
  • Proactive Approach: You demonstrate initiative, work proactively, and are recognized for your organizational skills and dependability.

Our Local Facilities:

Approximately 330 employees in one location.Approximately 80 employees in another location.Production operates 24/7, specializing in spray and dosing systems for the cosmetic industry, including aerosol valves, spray heads, and lotion pumps.Annual production volume: 2.87 billion units.Total production area: 7,000 m².
