Product Owner

Join Hansgrohe SE, a leading global player in the plumbing industry, as a Product Owner for Marketing Automation. We are looking for a talented professional to drive our marketing automation strategy and implement personalized and automated marketing processes.

• Develop and implement personalized and automated marketing processes, including lead generation, scoring, and nurturing, as well as multi-step newsletter campaigns and sales steering measures.
• Support the continuous improvement of customer data management to optimize personalized customer experiences.
• Create, prioritize, and implement the product backlog, manage relevant stakeholders, and define the implementation roadmap to achieve business objectives.
• Be responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) in marketing automation and analyze data to derive recommendations for improvement.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to stakeholders to maximize the use and effectiveness of marketing automation.

• Completed degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in CRM and/or marketing automation.
• Experience in agile development projects and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Marketing Cloud and/or SAP Cloud for Customer or other common marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
