About Our Team
The Customer Experience Solutions (CXS) team operates within SAP Product Engineering and focuses on enhancing Customer Solution Support and Innovation. Our primary goal is to develop Application Lifecycle Management solutions for both Cloud and hybrid environments, alongside exploring AI-driven use cases.
Your Responsibilities
As a pivotal part of the SAP Cloud ALM initiative, your role will involve ensuring timely communication of essential updates to our customers. Your key tasks will include:
- Supporting the Chief Product Officer for Support by organizing schedules and managing backlogs effectively.
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of rollout materials to ensure they are current.
- Creating engaging content, including presentations and videos, to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Management.
- Proficient computer skills are essential.
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
- Soft skills: Strong organizational abilities, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.
