Position: Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d)

In dieser Vollzeitposition sind Sie am Standort Dormagen tätig und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Kundenbetreuung.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Beratung: Fachliche und technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Kooperation mit der technischen Abteilung zur Lösung von Kundenanfragen.
  • Dokumentation: Erfassung und Nachverfolgung aller Aktivitäten in unserem CRM-System.
  • Kundenpflege: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb.
  • Auftragsmanagement: Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen über unser ERP/CRM-System.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitgestaltung von Verbesserungsprozessen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Kommunikation: Zentrale Anlaufstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen und unseren Kunden.
  • Reporting: Erstellung relevanter Kennzahlen für das interne Reporting.
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen eine Person mit:

  • Abgeschlossener kaufmännischer oder technischer Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Zusatzausbildung.
  • Erster Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, insbesondere im Bereich technisch anspruchsvoller Produkte.
  • Technischem Verständnis, vorzugsweise in der Fluidtechnik (Pneumatik, Druckluft).
  • Schneller Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Freundlichkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist.
  • Strukturierter und termingerechter Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherem Umgang mit MS Office, Teams und Outlook sowie grundlegenden Kenntnissen in CRM- und ERP-Systemen.
